Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We’ve answered some of the most common questions people ask about our water filtration systems and services.

1. How do I know which filtration system is right for me?

That depends on your water source. If you use borehole or well water, a system with multiple filters (like sediment and RO stages) is usually best. For treated municipal water, a carbon or UV filter might be all you need.
Don’t worry — we’ll test your water first and help you choose what fits perfectly.

2. How often should I change the filters?

Most filters need changing every 6 to 12 months, depending on how much water you use and how clean your source is. RO membranes usually last about 2 to 3 years.
We can also send you gentle reminders when it’s time for a change — so you don’t have to guess.

3. Can I install it myself?

Some smaller systems are DIY-friendly, but we usually recommend professional installation. It guarantees better performance and keeps your warranty valid. Plus, we’ll handle all the setup, so you can start enjoying clean water right away.

4. Does your system really remove all the bad stuff?

Yes — our systems remove sediments, chlorine, bacteria, heavy metals, and harmful dissolved solids.
And if your water has specific issues (like fluoride or lead), we can include extra filters to handle those too.

5. Is it safe to drink RO water every day?

Absolutely. RO (Reverse Osmosis) water is safe, pure, and great tasting.
Some people prefer a bit of natural mineral taste — if you do, we can add a remineralization stage that restores calcium and magnesium after purification.

6. How will I know when my filter needs replacement?

You might notice the water flowing slower, or the taste changing slightly. Many of our systems also come with smart indicators that alert you automatically when it’s time to replace your filter.

7. What kind of warranty do you offer?

Every system comes with a 1-year standard warranty that covers parts and labor. You can also extend it or sign up for a simple maintenance plan if you want long-term peace of mind.

8. Do you offer maintenance and servicing?

Yes, we do — and it’s one of the things we’re best known for. We handle everything from filter changes to full system servicing.
You can even subscribe to our Maintenance Plan so you never have to worry about missing a replacement again.

9. What if my water pressure is low?

No problem. We can install a booster pump to keep your RO system running smoothly and ensure you always get a steady flow of clean water.

10. Are your systems environmentally friendly?

Yes, they are. We use eco-efficient components that save water and energy. Our newer RO systems can even reduce wastewater by up to 70% — and we’ll show you how to reuse that extra water for cleaning or gardening.

11. Can your filters work with borehole or rainwater?

Yes — in fact, many of our customers use borehole or rainwater systems. We’ll test your water and build a setup that matches its exact composition, so you get the best results possible.

12. How much does installation cost?

It depends on the system type and your location, but most home installations start from around ₦25,000 – ₦50,000.
Once we do a quick inspection, we’ll give you a clear quote — no hidden fees.
